libbroccoli-dev software package provides Bro client communications library -- headers and static libraries, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libbroccoli-dev
libbroccoli-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libbroccoli-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libbroccoli-dev *
You will get with libbroccoli-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
